Yin & Gentle Hatha
Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles. Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues and joints to increase strength and maximize range of motion. Poses are mostly done seated on the floor accessing the hips, pelvis, spine and shoulder joints as well as the lower body energy meridians.
